Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED: 20/6/2026

Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect from you, how we use it, and how we protect it across the SpeedTrackr Web Platform and the SpeedTrackr Reaction Pro Mobile Application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:

  • Personal Identifiable Information: Such as your name, email address, and profile details, provided when you register or sign in using Google Sign-In or other authentication services.
  • Usage Data: Information on how you access and use our web platform and mobile app, including IP addresses, device types, operating systems, and app activity logs.
  • Performance Data: Data related to your training sessions, such as reaction times, visual stimulus results, and progress logs, used to map and display your athletic progression.
  • Video Analysis Data: When you use our AI Sprint Analysis feature, video frames are extracted locally on your device and sent to our secure AI provider for biomechanical segment analysis. Your original video files are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. All video processing occurs locally; only the extracted keyframes are transmitted for analysis and are not retained by our API after processing.
  • Device Permissions (Mobile App): To provide reaction training, the mobile app requires camera permissions to capture visual motion and track wrist stability. Grayscale pixel values are processed entirely on-device and are never stored or uploaded.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our web services and mobile applications.
  • Personalize your training experience and deliver tailored athletic insights.
  • Process credits and transactions, including purchase confirmations and syncs between devices.
  • Communicate with you about products, services, training plans, and app updates.
  • Send push notifications (such as training reminders and activity alerts) via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). You can manage notification preferences in your device settings.
  • Process video frames through AI models to generate biomechanical sprint reports.

Third-Party Services

We partner with the following third-party processors to deliver our features securely:

  • Google Gemini AI: Used for processing video frames to generate biomechanical sprint analysis. Video frames are sent to Google's API for inference and are not stored by Google beyond the processing request.
  • Google Play Billing (Mobile App): Handles all mobile credit purchases securely on Android devices. We do not store or process your financial card credentials.
  • Razorpay & PayPal (Web App): Securely process credit and premium training plan purchases on the web.
  • Resend: Used for sending transactional emails such as reports, verification links, and notifications.
  • Amazon Cognito & Google Firebase Auth: Used for account creation, secure sign-in, and profile syncing.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (such as HTTPS and SSL) and secure servers to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, or exposure. Your athletic performance data is kept confidential and synced securely across your devices.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal identifiable information with third parties. Data is only shared in the following limited conditions:

  • With your explicit consent or direction.
  • With trusted third-party services that comply with our privacy and security standards to facilitate operations.
  • To satisfy legal requirements, such as responding to subpoenas or court orders.
  • To defend the rights, property, and safety of SpeedTrackr, our users, and the public.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You have full control over your data, including the right to:

  • Access, edit, or update your profile details and training history.
  • Request the deactivation and permanent deletion of your account and related training data.
  • Revoke camera or push notification permissions directly in your mobile device settings.
  • Opt-out of any marketing or updates communications.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our services or legal regulations. We will post updates here and update the "Last Updated" date accordingly.
