For credit packages purchased directly on the SpeedTrackr Web Platform, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the AI analysis results or encounter platform issues, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Purchase made on the web within the last 30 days
  • Credits not fully consumed (at least 50% remaining)
  • Valid reason for dissatisfaction or technical failure

Non-Refundable

  • Premium Training Plans (Elite Sprint Pro)
  • Credits fully consumed
  • Web purchase made more than 30 days ago
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activities

*Premium Training Plans (Digital Content) are non-refundable as they provide immediate, full access to proprietary intellectual property that can be consumed instantly.

Mobile In-App Purchases

Google Play Store Billing

Credit packages purchased inside the SpeedTrackr Reaction Pro Mobile App are processed through Google Play Billing. Transactions are governed strictly by the Google Play Store refund policies.

  • Refund requests for mobile app purchases must be submitted directly through the Google Play Order History console.
  • Google typically processes and approves eligible requests within 1-48 hours depending on their guidelines.
  • SpeedTrackr support cannot directly process or reverse Google Play financial transactions, but we can assist you with your purchase validation.

Cancellation Policy

Credit-Based System

SpeedTrackr operates on flexible credits, not subscriptions.

  • No recurring charges or automatic renewals
  • Purchased credits do not expire and remain active
  • You control when and how many credits to purchase

Account Deactivation

You can request your account to be deactivated at any time.

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • All active credit balances will be deactivated
  • Data retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
