Eligibility for Refunds

• Purchase made within the last 30 days
• Credits not fully consumed (at least 50% remaining)
• Valid reason for dissatisfaction

Non-Refundable Situations

• Credits fully consumed or expired
• Purchase made more than 30 days ago
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Credit-Based System

SpeedTrackr operates on a credit-based system, not a subscription model. This means:

• No recurring charges or automatic renewals
• Credits remain valid for 30 days from purchase
• You control when and how many credits to purchase

Account Cancellation

You can cancel your SpeedTrackr account at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your account will be deactivated immediately
• Unused credits will remain valid until their expiry date
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted

30-Day Credit Validity

All purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period:

• Expired credits cannot be used for AI features
• Expired credits are not eligible for refunds
• You'll still have access to 1 free credit per week
