SpeedTrackr provides cloud-based training analytics, mobile application timing integration, and digital training plans.

1. Digital Delivery Model

All services, subscriptions, credits, and plans purchased on the SpeedTrackr Web Platform or the SpeedTrackr Reaction Pro Mobile App are digital products.

  • No Physical Shipping: Because our services are entirely digital, we do not ship physical products. No shipping fees, customs charges, or physical delivery times apply.
  • Instant Activation: Upon successful transaction completion, your purchased subscription tier or AI credits will be credited instantly to your account and synchronized across all active devices.
  • Digital Content Access: Purchase of a premium training plan grants immediate, lifetime digital access to that plan's drills, videos, and protocols within your SpeedTrackr dashboard.

2. Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful payment:

  • A transaction receipt and confirmation email will be sent immediately to your registered email address.
  • Your updated credit balance or subscription active status will be visible under your Profile/Settings page on both the web portal and the mobile application.

3. Delay in Activation / Support

In rare circumstances where system latency delays the instant delivery of credits or subscriptions:

Please allow up to 10-15 minutes for payment gateway confirmations to finalize. If your balance does not update within this window, please reach out to our support team immediately so we can manually verify the transaction and credit your account.
