SpeedTrackr is a digital Android app. We do not sell or ship physical products.
1. Digital Delivery
- No physical shipping: Credits, subscriptions, and training features are delivered digitally inside the app. There are no shipping fees or delivery addresses.
- Activation: After Google Play confirms a purchase, your credits or subscription access are added to your SpeedTrackr account, usually right away.
- Where to check: Your updated balance or subscription status appears in the app under Profile / Settings.
2. Purchase Confirmation
Google Play provides the purchase receipt for in-app payments. If something does not unlock after payment, wait a few minutes, then reopen the app or restore purchases. If it still does not appear, contact support with your Google Play order details.
3. Delays
Rarely, activation can take a little longer while Google Play confirms the payment. If access is still missing after about 15 minutes, email us and we will help verify the purchase.
