Welcome to SpeedTrackr. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the SpeedTrackr Web Platform and the SpeedTrackr Reaction Pro Mobile Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use or access the services.
2. Use of the Services
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to create an account and use SpeedTrackr.
- Do not misuse the services by disrupting operations, accessing restricted databases, or attempting to bypass security barriers.
- AI video processing features are limited to your account credit balance and must not be reverse engineered or abused.
- The mobile app requires device camera permission to trace motion for reaction timing. You agree to use the app in a safe environment free of physical hazards.
3. Credits & Payments
We offer a credit-based system for advanced AI analysis features (such as Sprint Form Analysis).
- Credit Synchronization: Credits purchased on either the web platform or within the mobile app are fully synchronized and available to use on both platforms under the same account.
- No Expiration Policy: Purchased credit packages do not currently expire and will remain active in your account balance until consumed.
- Mobile Purchases: Credit purchases made inside the SpeedTrackr Reaction Pro Mobile App are securely handled via Google Play Billing. Transactions are governed by Google Play Store billing terms.
- Web Purchases: Payments on the web platform are handled securely through Razorpay or PayPal.
- Premium Training Plans: Specific digital training protocols (e.g., Elite Sprint Pro) are one-time payments granting lifetime access. Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of this intellectual content, all training plan purchases are final and non-refundable.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, source code, designs, and content on SpeedTrackr are the intellectual property of the platform unless otherwise stated. This includes the proprietary structure, drills, and video logic of our premium plans.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the platform and training plans for personal fitness and development. You may not copy, duplicate, screen-record, or redistribute our materials for commercial or public use.
5. Liability & Warranty
We provide the services "as is" and do our best to maintain system uptime and accuracy. However, we are not responsible for technical outages, data loss, or the accuracy of AI segment calculations. SpeedTrackr is not a medical advisor, and you perform all physical exercises and sprints at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately. Continued use of our platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
