Welcome to SpeedTrackr. These Terms & Conditions apply to the SpeedTrackr Android app (SpeedTrackr Sprint & VBT) available on the Google Play Store. Our website is for information only and does not sell in-app products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SpeedTrackr Android app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of the Services
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to create an account and use SpeedTrackr.
- Do not misuse the app by disrupting operations, attempting unauthorized access, or bypassing security features.
- AI analysis features are limited by your available credits or subscription and must not be reverse engineered or abused.
- The app needs camera permission for reaction timing and Timing Gates. Use it in a safe environment free of physical hazards.
- When you are signed in and use Timing Gates, you agree that SpeedTrackr may collect short finish-line snapshots from those sessions to improve timing accuracy. These are not your full camera recordings. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
3. Purchases & Payments
SpeedTrackr is free to download. Optional paid features (such as AI credits and subscriptions) are sold only inside the Android app.
- Payment method: All purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. We do not process card or bank details ourselves.
- Credits: Purchased AI credits stay in your account until you use them and do not currently expire.
- Subscriptions: If you buy a subscription, it renews through Google Play until you cancel it in your Google Play subscription settings.
- Google Play terms: Billing, renewals, and refunds for paid items follow Google Play's policies.
- Digital content: Paid features and training content are delivered digitally in the app. Access begins as soon as Google Play confirms the purchase.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
Logos, graphics, designs, training content, and software related to SpeedTrackr are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for your own training. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse our materials without permission.
5. Liability & Warranty
We provide the app "as is" and work to keep it reliable and accurate. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or the absolute accuracy of timing or AI results. SpeedTrackr is not a medical service. You perform all training and sprints at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
