1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SpeedTrackr, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Use of the App
- You must be at least 13 years old to use SpeedTrackr.
- Do not misuse the platform by disrupting its operations or accessing restricted data.
- AI features are limited to your subscription tier and should not be reverse engineered.
3. Credits & Payments
We offer a credit-based system for AI features. Users start with 3 free credits that reset weekly, and can purchase additional credits as needed. Purchased credits are valid for 30 days from purchase. All payments are handled securely through Razorpay.
4. Content Ownership
All logos, code, and content on SpeedTrackr are the intellectual property of the platform unless otherwise stated. You may not duplicate or redistribute our assets.
5. Liability & Warranty
We do our best to maintain uptime and accuracy, but we are not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or misuse of AI outputs.
6. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted here and effective immediately.
